The Imaging Core enables comprehensive data acquisition on brain structure and function at different spatial and temporal resolutions using our advanced optical imaging equipment.

The Imaging Core houses an advanced array of microscopes and devices for the efficient imaging of biological samples, including microscopes that enable the visualization of neuronal activity in the mouse brain at single micron or whole brain scale. The facility also offers a wide range of data collection schemes for great versatility in experimental design.
