Mission:
The human fMRI core serves as a core research facility for scientists from diverse fields to conduct studies for the IRCN mission to create a transdisciplinary field of neurointelligence.
Technology:
The core will employ a SIEMENS 3T MRI Prisma allowing flexibility and interoperability with various types of human functional imaging experiments including task-based and resting state measurements. Clinical studies will be conducted to examine brain function in the healthy and disease-impaired state. Coordination of research with national, regional and global human imaging projects are emphasized.
